I am having a really difficult time choosing between factions in fallout 4. They all have their pros and cons, and it is a difficult decision. The institute is really cool, but are they really evil? (No spoilers pls, haven't finished the game yet).

With that said, I'll lock this one up to prevent confusions and people posting in both topics at once.

EDIT: And yes the topic I linked to you have some major spoilers. But then again, I'm not sure how anyone could respond to your question without any spoilers at all. Because if you don't really want spoilers, the answer will simply be "yes" or "no", but then you won't know why, or will get mixed up with different opinions from different people, and might end up with the decision you are not satisfied with.

Each person has their own perspectives on things, and the majority of people I've seen here agreeds that the Institute is bad, if that answers your question.
