I would like to give further details of the heck is going on and what type of problem with game of Fallout:NV, hell my own brother does not know what is the problem. Alll can think is what causing this problem is maybe one of mods is causing this problem but I see that is causing loading with the textures and some of the meshes but here is a screenshot if this helps a little bit. I hope that I get some help some on this.

I hope that this finally helps, But to tell you guys the truth. I am not every good at this computer stuff like my brother *Player147Proman is. But even he does not know what is the problem. I hope that you guys know more then I do about this. I do not know if it is my computer, a mod causing this, or too many texture and meshes trying to load and it is maybe causing a lot of loading errors in the process.

You need to start by ruling out mods. If you use a mod manager, you can quickly disable any texture mods you have, like NMC, etc (you don't have to uninstall them, just disable them temporarily). Then open the game, see if problem is resolved. If so, you know it is one of the mods, and you can go about pinpointing which one. If problem is still there, however, it may have to do with your graphics settings, etc. Try this and report back!

I'm still struggling to see exactly what the issue is, how would you describe it? If its a texture mod, look for recent overhaul mods that may affect indoor textures and try and disable them to see if it makes a difference?

The only time I come across this type of issue is when I've been playing FoNV for several hours, certain things/objects start getting their textures mixed up, but restarting the game fixes that for me.

Does this happen the moment you load your save?

From what i can gather, the textures are messed up? If you're using Nexus Mod Manager, try activating/deactivating and reactivating the archive invalidation from the tools tab.
