ok my fallout mod manger this one http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/54991/? was working perfectly i could install mods and they work then one day no reason why it just stopped now no matter wha i try it wont launch what so ever i click it and nothing happens ive uninstalled it and reinstalled like 3 times can someone help please

alrighty so for your issue first try a few things. Firstly, make try running it as admin and not running it as admin, then try running in in compatibility mode under this tab of properties: http://puu.sh/l3Klp/c76b0f0db9.png

Also, since fomm is rather unstable at certain points it can be tricky to pinpoint exactly what the problem is. But also try moving the folder GeMM from your pgoram files INTO your fallout new vegas / fallout 3 directory and see if that fixes it.

What actually happen?You have error something like "a problem occurred during install fomm"?

If this is the problem then you need to clear c:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local\Temp.
This happen to me two times and it always helps when I clear temp.

nope no error messeges it just wont open and i just checked that folder is already empty

The only error that I have ever gotten when trying to load a game is the application load error. The only way I have found to fix that one is to kill the offender (steam) then load it back up. Not sure if it will work for you or not but if you haven't tried it then it might be worth a try.
