hi, recently i got stutter and like 20-40fps at The Strip, my specs is i5 4570-gtx 760-12GB RAM. this make me hardly to play the game , here's my load order:

Do you have 4gb NV?Borderless window and NV stutter remover? This should help.

Yeah what @havocm said. I use 4gb, gamecompanion ( which makes a borderless window screen) and NV stutter remover and these all help.

This might be the culprit, especially if you aren't making use of 4GBNV.

Try the other suggestions and use 4GBNV. If you keep getting low performance, then try uninstalling open strip.

forgot to mention,The Strip Open seem doesn't affected performance at all. also i have all NVSR,NVAC,OneTweak and 4GBNV.

How does your NVSR-ini looks like?. Try this Options in the ini-file
