| I came to the original VGUNetwork for Fallout mods but found a great community instead. I never got those mods since I became a recent user and was in the process of being an approved member when the site went down. I'm mad about that but i found a great place to be. So, just wondering, is anyone here still playing Fallout and if so, what are some new things you've added to your game? Have fun! |

| I still play Fallout a lot. Right now I am playing Tale of Two Wastelands with a bunch of Mods. Some Mods I am enjoying is DC Interiors and New Vegas Interiors by Chuck Steel. The Someguy Series by Someguy2000 which consists of New Vegas Bounties 1 and 2, The Inheritance, and Russell Follower. Run the Lucky 38 by PaladinRider is one of my faves.

| Have not played either FO3 or FNV for a while now, been too busy playing Mass Effect. I have been slowly setting up to play TTW, and I have been adding mods and working on my own as well. I plan on porting over all the Mass Effect stuff Corehound released for FO3. That might be a "job and a half" to do. Once my game is all set up, maybe I can get back to taking screen shots and working on my Fallout comic. Not holding my breathe though... |

| Enclave Commander, BOE and Shrapnel. Thinking about modifying the American Soldier faction of the Enclave Commander mod and adding some different armors to those soldiers. I want to make them look like mercenaries instead of soldiers. |

| I just decided to install TTW. I was hesitant to do so because of all the bugs but I have not played FO3 for 4 years. SO, because of the lack of content on the NV side, I now have the whole Capital Wasteland to do. |

| I took the liberty of adjusting the title from "Any Fallout still out there?" to "Any Fallout players still out there?" I trust this makes more sense.
I must admit I have not played Fallout in a very long time (maybe 5-10 minutes/2 months or so) I will get back to it, maybe after I finish my paper for my master's degree.
Anyway, cheers |

| I still play the game from time to time. I haven't played it in a couple weeks or so (it runs like crap on my PC), but when I find a new mod that I like, I really get back into the game for a while. |

| From what little time I have managed to put into FNV lately, the most recent version of TTW does seem to be fairly stable. |

| Wanted to play Fallout 3 at first. But now I am just waiting for the time to buy a new rig and play TTW instead. |

| Actually I'm playing it all over again right now with Dragbody's armor pack integrated to the wasteland, so NCR soldiers can use Battlefield 3/Homefront/Medal of honor lore friendly armors and the Caesar New Regime VGU version which makes The Legion very badass, it seems like another game, very nice, gonna post some pics later. |

Did you integrate it yourself? Did someone else do that? I know how to add items to leveled lists through scripting, but I'd prefer to do it another way, since a very good modder I met told me it was not the best way to do it. |

Good choice, it's alot better then it used to be, I like how they actually implemented the intro to Fallout 3 in the Fallout NV lore which reminds me I need to reinstall it, hard drive took a dump recently |

I know how to add items to leveled lists through scripting, but I'd prefer to do it another way, since a very good modder I met told me it was not the best way to do it. There was an existing mod that integrated about 70% of Drag's packs to the wasteland, but the guy stopped updating, by that time Dragbody uploaded more packs with awesome stuff from Medal of Honor, Rage, Black Ops 2, etc; so I spent a few hours on geck upgrading the Integrated mod, I took all of the Homefront, Warfighter, Battlefield 3 armors and helmets that I understood as "Lore friendly stuff" and added them to the NCR (everything that had a desert brownish color or seemed very worn out so you wouldn't see an NCR trooper with untouched clean clothing). I also added lots of backpacks to NPCs according to their jobs, Metro Last Light soldier backpacks for NCR and Deadlight, Homefront, Black Ops survivors backpacks to mercs and wastelanders. Unfortunately the site was shut down before I could upload, let alone the fact that everyone should have all of dragbody's packs so they wouldn't CTD or miss some texture or mesh. About the leveled list: It is a pain in the arse to figure out whether you put something on the leveled list or directly in an NPC storage, that I tell you, mate. If you want an NPC to always spawn using a determined armor without ever changing it, you'll have to add it directly on the NPC itself. If you want NPCs like NCR/Legion/etc. to spawn random armor and equipment you have to find their respective leveled list and add the armor there, this way the game will calculate a chance of spawning an NPC with random armors and you'll have a diversity of equipment in the wasteland. But for faction NPCs you'll always have to make an armor with the effect of Faction Warning, for example, an NCR trooper will only use a medal of honor armor if I made that armor belong to the NCR faction. It is only needed for armors, though, for helmets it is fine. There are more important details but I will make this post huge. How about I make a tutorial or something like that? If someone better than me already has his/her own, please spare me from the embarrassment of making a crappy tutorial :geek: |

| I play Fallout New Vegas more than I play Fallout 3. Don't know why, but some mods I had from years back seem to crash Fallout 3 for my end. Not looking for solutions because I'm too lazy to even bother, lol. So I'll just stick to Fallout New Vegas and continue my NCR/Legion bashing as usual. _________________ "Some men just want to watch the world burn." -Alfred Pennyworth**Screenshot story-arcs on hiatus until further notice** |

That would be ok if you could do it, but I know a place to ask about that stuff, the people at the TTW forums know a lot about that and they help just about anyone. I've got leveled list scripting mastered, but its annoying and not exactly a good idea, at least if you want to lose the mod later on.[/quote] |

| With all the awesome mods that are out there it's kind of hard to play Fallout sometimes just because I tend to update my merge patches or change something I didn't like. I need to start playing fallout 3 again! |

| I'm still cranking FO3 after 4+ years of it. I've decided to get back in FNV. Maybe later on after a playthrough I will reinstall it with TTW. |
