| Hey all, Sorry for sounding like a newb but does anyone know how to translate russian mods into english...I have a lot of mods that I use from modgames.net and was curious if there is a way to do this...again forgive for being such a dunce! Thanks! _________________ "We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold." Film Noir Discussion Thread |

| it really depends what aspect of the mod that needs translating, and the kind of mod it is.
Generally though, if it's showing up with missing characters / cyrillic in the UI chances are you're going to have to change the entry names into english. |

| Changing the names would be what I would want per item like armors/clothing/weapons when in my inventory. Some mods I've used have multiple pieces to them and I'm not sure what is what. _________________ "We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold." | Hello Dr.)))As I understand, you need to translate some mods, which have no english variants on nexus or other english-speaking sites? If the situation is such, I use a programm called Egg Translator. I use it for <back translation> from English into Russian. So If the mod is not so big, you can try this prog and if your skills in Russian are poor, try to use some dictionaries or translators (such as google). I hope there will be no problem if you need to translate armor, weapon or weapon parts. Also, you can ask me for some help if you need. |

Yes, of course. It doesn't depend on site or smth else. It works well with all languages. You just need this prog and an online dictionary))) |

| Honestly, if its a simple armor/weapon mod, probably easier to just build your own plugin in the GECK. If you need help with understanding how to do that, just ask. |

| It depends on the Mod the RSA mod was just easier to translate by hand. _________________ |

| Do you guys know if it's possible to make the game display the accurate Russian characters? Is there a way to inject a "language pack" or something? I don't even care if it's not English, I'm just sick of looking at "aillie'ioli" for everything. _________________ Hopped onto the Undertale train, now there's a big ass dog on my lap and I'm stuck here. Hmm, are you sure you installed it correctly (I know, it's a dumb question, but still...) I used it with English Steam version and it allows me to see russian letters just fine. I also had to restart my PC though. |

| Yeah, I installed it manually just to be safe, and I restarted the computer. I have the same version as you. I don't get it, but it's not a huge deal. When you used this, were you using darnUI by any chance? I am, and I get the feeling that that would have a lot to do with it not working. _________________ Hopped onto the Undertale train, now there's a big ass dog on my lap and I'm stuck here.
