Hey Slothjelly!
Unique mods I could think of besides not NVB series hmm...
Project Brazil is definitely a unique mod as it doesn't even take place in the Mojave, so you have to make a new character... but... it's a brand new storyline http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/45138/?
Beyond Boulder Dome is more or less like a DLC which had a lot of fun and exploration. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/46907/?
Inheritance is more a long quest mod add on for the Mojave. Even if it isn't a big new lands area such as Beyond Boulder Dome, this is definitely one of my favorites. There are plenty of options and multiple endings, and side quests to keep you busy for a long time. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49012/?
Rockwell Pursuit was an interesting quest mod. It takes place in 4 mini worldspaces filled with fun, horror, and excitement. If you like zombies, there is one worldspace pretty much dedicated to them. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49747/?
Those four quests were long and entertaining. If you want to know about less known quests let me know. But if you haven't played any of them, these quest mods will definitely keep you busy.

I've tried Dog City it's worth trying but isn't as fun to do as the ones listed by maybenexttime.

I agree but it was hard to blame Rjhelms for that since it was his first "BIG" mod. I did like the concept of it taking place in a city and having to worry over getting diseased from the dogs. But you can tell from Beyond Boulder Dome, Rjhelms has greatly improved.

i am following the Project Brazil mod, but it is kinda disappointing me....slowly. I mean, what was really getting me into it was the potential industrial and torn city setting, but i think they are abandoning that idea for the countryside setting (outside the ruins)...I am saying this because i Love exploring city ruins, going around fallen buildings and all that...going around deserts or country-sides are kinda boring to me, if there are not relly awesome places to see in them.

Also Sloth, the ones listed by maybenexttime are popular for a reason. If you haven't tried them and you're bored, try them out! There's one more really long quest that hasn't been mentioned yet. D.E.I.M.O.S! I am not able to post links yet but just look up "deimos" on Nexus and you'll be golden!

i tried that one! amazing mod and they made neatly the time-travel thing...i think i can learn from it when i will do the missions in my Location mod so i can put the same room in different instances!

I rather Like Strangers Abroad. Weird, wonderful and infuriating. Rather creepy at times(escpecially with the right music playing), it gives that wonderful kind of companion you want to punch but have to admire him for his cheery attitude

Also if you were introduced to F:NV you could try the cross-wastelands mod which ever one it is which combines the Capital Wasteland from Fallout 3 with your F:NV character.

Hmm, have you tried New Vegas Bounties? Not sure if it counts as a quest but it adds about 3 or 4 more hours of gameplay.

Slave town was alright but never really finished.
It's still there but it involves a lot of walking and it can unfortunatly get boring really quick. If he had kept working on it I think it would have been a great mod.

00 Red Cross is a good mod with the exception of the non-native English and one quest that's tedious.
Saving Carla Boone is also good.

@pizzamonster94 No the quest itself isnt, but the companions mistakes gets you into hot water...a lot. I did not mean it in a negative way.
Another few good quest mods are as follows: Rockwell Descent + Rockwell Pursuit - I found both of these a lot of fun with some humor mixed into the horror/sci-fi element. Basically Bring a flash light and hope your best gear is good enough. A companion wouldnt go amiss either.
BadLands- Challenging, interesting and with a huge payoff? Whats not to love? Badlands combines the whole need for companions and good gear, with the confined element of a mountain side. Basically the best example of being outside your element and outnumbered by natives of the land. Unless you got a group of ten decked out in power armor and using overpowered weapons, this is going to be a challege. Even with that your still facing them on their own turf.
&
The Inheritance You like NV Bounties? Your gonna love this. Its got the kind of hard decisions we expect from the mojave with Someguys patented sense of humor. Give it a play and you will not be disapointed.
