I assume that the project turned into The Frontier, but I was hoping someone that actually knew better could comment on what's up with this, as I was really itching to try it.

IIRC the 'Winter is Coming" was integrated into The Frontier, and now acts as the weather and landscape for the worldspaces. I remember Maybenexttime's original Nexus posts about wanting a large ruined city mod, and one or two screenshots from a long ways back detailing some of what looked like the downtown area of The Frontier in it's original form.

The core team of The Frontier can help you with a more concrete answer though for sure.

WIC was combined with The Frontier.
This way not only would i NOT have to work solo on it, but could have more free-time to work on things more in line with my skillset and interests
