I tried to find the old VGU, with no luck... then finally found my way here.
Glad to see the Underground is still around!
Starting my Fallout tabletop RPG up again in a few months, so I went looking just one more time.
I have been running Fallout using Spycraft 2.0 as the rules - easy to modify, and somebody else already has rules up for it.

Are you talking about making your own Fallout Tabletop rpg? Or some sort of card game? I'm just curious :p

@maybenextime: TheAuldGrump was running a tabletop Fallout rpg for a couple of years, using the Spycraft rpg rules. It was, if I remember correctly, a rather entertaining endeavor.

A tabletop RPG using the Spycraft 2.0 rules by Crafty Games - a very robust and flexible system. (Rules heavy, which I like, but some others do not.)
