They ARE people too! My favorite is Harold of course. Loved his back story about Mariposa Base and I liked how his character arc spans three games, even though it ends on a rather sad note.

My favourite ghoul(s) are all the ones I can murder, are dead when I find them, but MOST OF ALL the ones that I can get paid to one shot them to the dome. I play ghoul-haters, is what I'm saying.

Also, if I remember right, Harold isn't a ghoul, he's a mutant.

for Fallout 3 my favorite Desmond Lock heart from point lookout cause his a bad ass scientist that doesn't really give a shit on what he does uses lots of profanity doesn't give a shit about your well being only the knowledge that is locked up in the point lookout area.
Charon is just boring has no personality or back story just does what you tell him as a mindlessness zombie.

and for New Vegas Dean Domino cause his a very charismatic person with a charming voice and wouldn't hesitate to stab you in the back if you give him the chance and his voice is just horrific and his all style.
Raul Tejada is a boring guy who acts like a wimp and is full of consequences.

That guy in the new Vegas DLC who makes you sit on the land mine...IDK just loved him from that point on

Thats an easy answer for me as it has always been Harold with all his stories to tell and how he was basically the first ghoul and knew the master before he mutated. I'm also hoping we might at least get a mention of Harold in future games.

It's Raul for me because I really liked his backstory a lot. An old gunslinger from Mexico with a troubled past? Pretty interesting to me!

And he was voiced by Danny Trejo, which I really like him as an actor.

Raul he's my favorite ghoul and my favorite vanilla companion.

Charon, To sum it up he's a brute with a shotgun with almost infinite range and can basically play the game for you lol. His personality is sympathetic and he's all business for the right amount of caps.

Raul the desperado because of his dismissive yet loyal attitude.oh and for fallout 3 Charon of course because he does not  give a damn at what he shoots most of the time and does not take any crap so to speak.Plus he has a sense of honnor (however twisted that may be) and doesnt grovel at the clap of an arm despite the fact that he is contract bound to do everything.

Charon is my favorite ghoul. He's completely loyal to the end and has a shotgun with the range of a sniper rifle.

Desmond for me. Though i do often get annoyed by him bossing me around and end up killing him in most playthroughs, i do find him more interesting than the other ghouls, at least in Fallout 3 and New Vegas. I really feel like he's been through real sh*t, wtih the way he acts and speaks.

For New Vegas i'll choose Raul....i love his backstory. Its so sad and actually make me care for once

I'm not sure if my Ghoul technically counts since personally I really like Hancock from Good Neighbor. I thought he was hilarious and honestly was very sincere. He stood up for the outcasts. People who were shunned by the normal folk of the Commonwealth which makes him very noble...despite being a junkie and sometimes encouraging some questionable behavior. However I'm not sure he counts since technically he wasn't ghouled by the same means as others. It was an experimental drug that changed him into one instead of pure radiation. But if that does count then defiantly him!

If not...then I would have to go with Jason Bright. He was a very kind soul, and I respect how he was trying to save his people. Even if he did get a bit annoying about his constant talk of the creator and the great beyond. Also, I feel like ultimately he led his people to death because who knows if they made it to another planet or not. Plus I didn't like how he lied to that one human(I forget his name at the moment) that seemed a bit manipulative. Ultimately though his heart was in the right place.

Raul is a fucking great bro. Danny Trejo voicing him just added so much character to him.

If any companion from Fallout New Vegas was like a sidekick, Raul would definitely fit the bill. He works out so well with any type of character build or playthrough.

favorite ghoul? a dead ghoul. Because if they're not feral...they will be at some point it's just a matter of time.
