My main character is my usual mantle, Slyther of course. A leader amongst his own people, and long seasoned, battle-hardened, decorated war veteran and hero. Well, he was a hero to many back then when he even cared. That was before he considered only the lives of friends and family a priority over others, but still has leniency towards the weak and the helpless. A strong personality, brute strength, a legendary warrior amongst his people, but also very intelligent like one of his wife's colleagues in the Third Street Saints, Oleg Kirrlov. (I've modded the homies in, lol). Slyther has seen alot of shit in his time of existence, he doesn't even flinch like the rookies in his SKMC branch. He's met alot of people from different worlds, different dimensions, he shaked a million hands, made new friends and,,, new enemies of course. But that doesn't stop him from carrying his legacy across the worlds. He may be considered the Atlan equivalent of Big Boss from his people, meaning he fights not for race, not for religion, country or government, but fights for himself and his people. The history of human's savagery brought out his dark side. To this end, Slyther cares little about humanity, and can sometimes be considered cold and ruthless to many of them if provoked being so, as well as the capability of being an angry savage brute in return.

Atlans are an alternative name of the Sniperdraconian men after his legacy who are the attributes of being a hybrid of both human-like and dragon-like appearances, which would obviously make sense that they are potential dovakhiins in Skyrim. Their DNA patterns suggest that they live longer than the average human race, up to 10,000 years is their lifespan. But Slyther is much older, and can never die to simple elements like bullets, explosions, radiation, etc. He survived the war of the Gods several times as to why he is in spirit form, hardened of unbreakable steel, not even kryptonite can break him as this element is known as Atlanium. Consider his strength that the equivalent of Senator Armstrong's too if you want, but he is much more tougher.

So he's seen the two wastelands, both D.C. and Nevada. New Vegas looks like it was recovering after the devastation of war. Slyther and his empire collective were allied to the NCR at one point, but apparently NCR and the Sniperdraconian leadership didn't see eye-to-eye, so Slyther parted ways from them, giving his troops the authorization to open fire on NCR if they are threatened in any shape or form. Caesar can expect no allegiance from the Atlans knowing the fact that these dragon-kin won't tolerate slavery of their children, or women in that matter, and respectively acknowledges their Auroran sisters(shadow siren race) as worthy combatants. Slyther rarely appears on the battlefield with his vast armies already deployed with their tanks, their war-mechs, attack drones, etc., but instead operates in a backdoor kind of way to neutralize enemy command and soften the competition. To do this, he has his own team, his special forces initiative of highly trained agents from STAG who are the top-of-the-line notch kind, as well as assistance from GNSC's highly valuable trained agents from countries affiliated to the Sniperdraconian Empire of Atlas. Slyther on the other hand, leads the operation and co-ordinates with his trusted friends and companions accordingly whenever on a mission. Honor bound by the warrior code, he never attacks an unarmed man, and acts as a shield for the weak...

His primary weapons consist that of a STAG Defender LMG, a Vanguard GL, an ADF Sanction plasma rifle and a XM-82 Chimera Longshot railgun/sniper, all government issue skin templates. Same skins with the secondary weapon, which is either an SK X-450 Lightning Hawk laser pistol, an RX-857 Diamondback laser revolver, or his personal favorite, an SK P-950(STAG equivalent of the FN P-90) laser SMG. His melee can be either a plasma combat knife, an Atlanium forged longsword, or a bigass energy sword equivalent to that of a claymore, but only is much easier to use with one hand. He may sometimes use two for double impact. He may sometimes refer to good ol' fisticuffs too, and he throws a heavy punch when he does, the force of a freight train in collision with whatever is in it's path. His martial arts kicks are very much the same level of power.

Shadow is Slyther's wife as well as the lead martial arts and CQB specialist. She got most of her training from her husband firsthand, and learned everything on her own based on experience. She also leads the Saints as mentioned above (In my world that is), as her husband directs STAG with two newly replaced subordinates to take field command while her husband gives the orders from central command. Shadow can be both an elite ninja as well as being a samurai and all, mastered the arts of the old ways on combat considering her Japanese and Auroran heritage. She is swift with a katana, and may sometimes dual-wield massamumes for a BIG argument, and quick to throw with a shuriken. She is considered the sempai for many of her students who later graduated to becoming one with Slyther's best agents in the whole SK military.

Her primaries, T-1 stealth bow(Same skin template as above), XM-82 Chimera sniper rifle, a suppressed ADF sanction with Atlanium bullet-issue, and the same SK P-950. Her secondaries are either tactical throwing knives, tactical built shurikens, and a SK-X4 Maverick pistol, Atlanium-issue, and suppressed. There is a laser equivalent to the maverick, but only unsuppressed in it's STAG variant. Her melees are a dragon nikana HF blade, Atlanium version, the invisible dagger(Atlanium crafted blade with the ability to be invisible just to deceive her opponents thinking she is unarmed), and opens a can of whoop-ass with unarmed martial arts combat.
