| Hello, fellow GUNners!
Can anyone advise me a good mod for making screenshots?
It's very annoying to turn the HUD invisible, make a shot, turn the HUD visivle again everytime a want to make a shot during my gameplay. And camera stuck on the character doesn't make it any better :-(
I want to make more shots as I really enjoy the game, especially using ENB and all the beautiful mods from GUN. But those complications kill the wish for screenshots on the vine...
Thanks in advance! ;-) |

| You underestimate the usefulness of the console I think. It is absolutely the best tool for screenshots. For instance there are Console commands to unlock the camera from your character.
TFC
TFC 1 (same as above, but freezes the game so that you can move the camera around the scene while it is paused)
Another key to taking great screenshots is adjusting the Field of View (FOV). By default it is 75... changing it to 20-35 creates a much more dramatic image. You can change the FOV in the console by typing:
FOV <number>
Type in FOV 75 to reset it to default.
You can also use the SGTM command to slow the game down, bullet-time style, to better sync up a great screenshot. The number after SGTM determines the speed.
SGTM 0.5 for example, is half speed. SGTM 0.10 is 10% of normal speed. SGTM 2 is twice as fast.
Use SGTM 1 to reset it to default. |

| writing TM with the console removes the hud Also use "set timescale to 0", you can still play the game but it freeze the game clock so you won't lose the daylight you want to use for the screenshots. Just remember to set it back to default ("set timescale to 30") before fast travel or going to sleep or you will screwup the save file Also there are two great mods for making screenshots: the DYNAVISION 3 that can make a lot of things like setting up the blur of use some filters to change various aspect of the scene and the Groovatron, a "weapon" that you can use to freeze npc, changing their inventories and is also complete with practical menus with various poses the only thing to remember is to follow closely the installation instruction of both programs |

| Groovatron is very nice, I'll definitely endorse that suggestion. |
