I was always very scared of the Metros in fallout 3, and in NV, All you would hear was a ghoul scream, and BAM YOUR GETTIN CHASED AWAY AND SCREAMING.

The Dunwich Horror Building for me. It's creepy and a nice H.P. Lovecraft reference. I wish New Vegas had kept some of the creepiness that some of the locations in FO3 had.

Some of the underground subways. Poorly lit and filled with Feral ghouls, a lot of times you don't even see them until they're right up on you.

Fallout 3's Vault 106. I've only ever explored it twice, and both times I was overwhelmed with goosebumps - as a matter a fact I don't think I've ever made it to the end. It freaks me out more than the Dunwich Building, and that place is no fuckin' cake walk. It's one of the few places in a computer game to make my adrenal glands start pumpin'.

Honestly its going to sound wimpy but when i first played fo3 i was doing the mission to get the virgo satellite yea i did it but then i had to go to the Washington monument and the area with all the super mutants caught me off guard it was also night time and i couldent see any of them and i ended up getting my ass kicked. It gave me a good jump when they all came out of the darkness lol. And i also have to agree with everyone else vault 106 and dunwich weren't that scary but were just plain creepy .

I've always hated to go to Old Olney. Especially in the quest from broken steel to go into the tunnels. Being in a tight, cramped underground and having deathclaws sneak up on you... no thanks!

My Scariest spot in fallout? uh....That one vault 34 where there was a lot of radiation and ghouls, because every time I went to check a container I got jumped by something. Got to the point I stopped searching it and still have not yet...yet that is.

This might be an unusual choice, but the Master's lair from the first Fallout. After playing it, I've never had another game manage to capture that same feeling of: "This place is not right."

I've never found myself scared at some of the areas in fallout. Creeped out, yes.
I'd have to say that the Sierra Madre Casino from the Dead Money DLC is the location that I found to be the creepiest and/or scariest, that place was probably one of the most atmospheric and unique locations I have ever seen in a game. Plus, the holograms, I loved how the holograms where portrayed as "ghosts" that sort of haunted the Casino, which makes sense considering the holograms are of people that have died in the casino.

Cazador Nest...Thats the place I never go without any army.
As for creepiest, gonna have to say Point Lookout. The whole Norman Bates Motel, meets deliverance, meets children of the corn, meets drugs and the fact that I cant help but look over my shoulder every few minutes. Dead Money was scary...but it was no point lookout

Like Panther, I've never really been scared by a place in any Fallout. But I really got stressful one time in Fo3. I was in one of the first subway station that you usually go where there is two or three ghouls stuck behind a wiring where they can't attack you if you don't go there. You can also blow them up with a gas leak. Well this time, it didn't worked out. It was my first time playing with Mart's Mutant. I had set the ghoul spawn to be multiply by 75%.
Behind the wiring, they're was more than 50 ghouls. A group of people that tried to get away from the atomic mushrooms that destroyed the city. But the radiation got them. I tried to burned them with the gas leak but even that couldn't keep 'em dead. Each time I though they're were dead, they'll get up again.
I found myself to usually don't go in this place no more.

I think my scariest experience in the fallout series was probably my first time entering the Sierra Madre in the Dead Money DLC. Running around aimlessly through that ghost town with all the red mist and the eerie ghost people really started to get under my skin after a while of being there. It felt a bit like Silent Hill to me. I remember trying to rush through parts of it just to get the quests done and get the hell out of there.

The quarry area in Fallout NV. Way too many deathclaws trying to hug you or get a touch. Especially if you are suicidal and run straight into the middle of the place. BABY DEATH CLAWS... evil things.

The scariest for me is when I play with the Alone mod. Everything is so empty and creepy. Freeside, for some reason, really creeps me out! And the mod has some bugs so once in awhile, upon exiting a building, an NPC will spawn an inch away from your face. Always makes me jump out of my skin!

In Fallout New Vegas "The Sierra Madra" was the most scariest location in Fallout for me. In Fallout 3 "Point Lookout" was the scariest location.

The point in the pitt (F03), where you had to turn off all the lights and were chased by all those monsters. I was so freaking scared I cheated myself tons of stealthboys and used them... Really, the sounds, the darkness... EVERYTHING ;(
Im also afraid of playing Dead Money,,,I have X Billion hours of gaming in FNV,,,but this is my last challenge.
