I just got FO3 reinstalled and i wonder what is the better mod in terms of gameplay.

Any feedback or other mod suggestion would be appreciated.

I would say FWE personally. I haven't used FOOK in years though, so I don't remember much about it. FWE is absolutely essential to me for a FO3 playthrough, I really can't imagine playing without it anymore.
