Long story short my UI is getting bunched up time to time. I'm assuming it could be something

Well, i don't mind a long story, as it is more detailed then that. But seriously, more details would be good so we can understand better what is going on.
If you talking about all the lines in the message box piling over eachother, maybe its because you running a lot of mods at the same time and the UI mod you are using is conflicting with something and losing the conflict, so i recomend you to use BOSS to sort out a load order for your mods, unninstall any mod you may consider useless-i know for sure that there is, there always is - And try to merge the mods with FNVEdit, it always helps. But when wierd technical bugs start to happen in the game, it is because you running to many .esp's at the same time, as the limit is 140, after that, only merging the mod itselfs the game will run without error. I try to have 125 .esp's running at the same time, as i notice, for me, 130 mods maybe, start to make my game be all buggy and glitchy... Hoped it helped you out

Running 155 mods, getting nice frames on ultra high with poco bueno so, while using an intel 4000HD graphics card.

That explain the UI bug, and i bet that it is not by far the only bug you are experiencing. You should do what i told you, disable some mods, run BOSS, merge with FNVEdit, and if you know how, try merging the .esp's, to be honest, it is beyond my skills, but i know that there is people who knows around, you should look in the topics, as i've seen one or two if i'm not wrong about mod lists with more than 200 mods, i could try to find the topic and give you the link but to be quite honest i just woke up and i'm still not in the mood for some work right know, but later on if you don't find it yourself, i will defenitly take a look for you

Fixed with an interface mod, so I'm kind of in the clear now I guess.

If you have anymore problems in the future you will need to uninstall some mods as I had the same problem as I had too many mods.
