What do you guys think about 1st person mode?

In my opinion, the sounds are weird. Like, really weird. In terms of weapons. You sight in, and it sounds like you're picking up plastic or something. But the shooting and driving is pretty amazing. Infact, that's one of the reasons to get my dream PC this year,  so i can run GTA V in first person on Ultra, 1080p on a 144hz monitor, haha. 

I like it for driving only, atm. I wish you could do 3rd person on foot to 1st in car, if you can I cant figure it out. I can see myself using first on PC but for now I got the game because I liked the third person mechanics of it.

GTA5 1st person is way better than 3rd person. Bought it for my PS4 and I think it feels way better playing, especially with some buddies.

Personally, with how perfect first person feels it feels like they've been doing this mode since GTA 3.
It is good everywhere except the fox news reporters complaining about first person blowjobs.

Agreed, it feels awesome. 1st person, not the blowjobs.

It felt weird at first, but it got to be really fun, especially when you are falling or getting run over. You are running and next thing you know you're on the ground or flying like 30 feet into the air.

Hmm I think that GTA V first person mode is really amazing and interesting. I thinks it's nice to play GTA V or online in a different point of view playing in First person makes the game feel more challenging and more interesting to me and yeah. My favorite thing to do in first person mode is to go fly planes it's one of my favorite things to do because it reminds a tiny bit of when I first flew in a plane and took control so yeah makes the plane flying for me much fun even though flying in this game isn't realistic it's still fun to fly in first person because it's close enough to an inside of a cockpit like even some of the instruments work in it too it's pretty cool so yeah that's my thoughts of first person thanks for reading PEACE!

Never, ever have I had so much fun being repeatedly run over by a bus than in GTA V's first person mode.

I like it even though i dont have GTA V but i like all of the person modes for GTA V and i really like it i mean when you want to wreck someone or play a Friday 13th inspired game mode.

It's great I wish more devs would listen to the community and add popular mods and stuff to their games.I also love how easy it is to switch between 1st and 3rd.

For this reason alone, I thought it was worth upgrading to next-gen. I've always had to install mods to try this feature out for open-world games (Saints Row 4, Mafia 2, Just Cause 2) but they've all just looked like the mod author took the cameras and placed them at eye-level. I've always loved the feel, though. The world that you've spent your playthrough familiarizing yourself with suddenly becomes so much bigger. Love the immersion and in GTA V, the finished product makes it feel like it was meant to be. I kind of like third person still, just for the situational awareness. Plus, it's really annoying getting run over by vehicles over and over in first-person. Makes me dizzy.

driving is a little bit more difficult i feel and i wish the mirrors actually worked but other than that i feel all the things rockstar added to the re release has made buying the game a 2nd time worthwhile

It's kinda cool, I mean falling off a sky into the ground type! Driving in first person though...That's a whole other thing.. The first person controls are kinda difficult and the view isn't best suited for driving in races or something. Sometimes I drive in first person view just to have fun wrecking stuff and competing with my brother on who can last longer without crashing but yeah it's kind a cool and pretty fun thing.

Turning off headbob and changing the dead space settings make the first person mode a lot easier to drive in.
