Alright, so probably many of us have played RTS or Wasteland Defense in New Vegas.

What was your base like? Where did you build it? Was it based off of something or did you come up with it yourself? Did you screw something up and how badly?

One of my bases was on the edge of the cliff at Crescent Canyon, I thought it was a good spot because you'd only have one side to defend and I would start building "bridges" into the canyon. Well, the bridges were narrow and I occasionally ended up pushing a companion by accident, causing them to fall to their death.

Searchlight airport was also a good spot, and there were many great ones near Jacobstown too, near the town and in the mountains.

Changing the sound effect of the raid alarm can be pretty hilarious too.

i think searchlight airport was a great location as well. you know fences theres only really one entry and i just thought to myself why not build a community here

Heard it causes crashes, especially when you place a Stationary guard, so I don't really use it, it's also script heavy I think.

I made my first Wasteland Defense base at NCRCF. I killed everyone, and got a mod that cleans up the place. I also got KDS portable camp stuff. You can make a pretty good base that way
