Hey all,

Lately I'm running into a problem, that I haven't been able to find any help on. My follower Willow, every time I turn towards her general direction, my screen is filled is spastic lines and colors that I can only assume are her face. I can look down towards her lower body, but if the screen makes a move at her face everything becomes a ludicrous mess. An example of this, if she moves ahead of me, and an enemy is approaching in the clear open, all vat options have 0% chance of hitting. Thankfully this problem sorts itself out, that is after several loads around the environment. To add to this, the game crashes anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes into gameplay.

Possible hiccups could be:
I changed Willow's race: Never gave me issues previously.
I recently installed the Clean ENB.
I launched New Vegas through NVSE instead of 4gb.
I edited my character's race. (nothing fancy, just the caucasian option).
I cleared the game cache, but the problem was already occurring before that.

I really hope I don't have to restart my game, but it is what it is. Thank you for any advice you can think of! =)

Willow's problem it's because you changed her race. I don't know why, but I tried changing Cass race with Lighting race and I had the same problem, some races just have this problem (i'm guessing, I don't really know). The game crashing might be because of the enb, try running the game without the enb and try using FNVEdit to see if there are any mod conflicts.

It could be an ENB problem ,make sure you have done all corectly,go to the Graphic settings in FOMM and chek if everything is right.

For the crashes,if you havent done this do the INI fix,if you dont know what this is,go to my documents/my games/Fallout new vegas/and open the fallout ini file. Search for


bUseThreadedAI=0 and change it to bUseThreadedAI=1

right under it make a new line and insert:

iNumHWThreads=2

If this is your exact loadorder you should have the ADAM main.plugin loaded before all other ADAM plugins

turn off all your mods then try it you might have to many esps or a mod conflict 

That's why I prefer Niner, he is an awesome junkie !

Snowglobe, I think you recommendation may have solved the crashing issue Haven't had any fatal errors since editing the ini! =)

Regarding the ENB, it looks like that was the culprit. I looked over my graphic settings, and everything is set correctly. When I installed the clean ENB, I took the 263 and placed the wrapper d3d9.dll file in the execs folder, of the 4gb New Vegas. After that I pasted all files in the clean ENB preset to the execs folder as well.
