At this point? I am getting really frustrated as I am dealing with this issue for two days now, the problem is where I mod my game, when it gets close to 100(?) (Considering I was playing fine before when I was below it even WITH Mod Limit Fix) it just keeps showing the main menu screen but doesnt show the menu or cursor, it locks locks my FPS on 19.

I tried everything, reinstalled it 3 times, tried to remod it 3 times, followed a Best of Times guide and even Viva New Vegas, I only have a simple Vanilla Plus Reshade and I am out of options, I really don't know what to do anymore. You guys are my only last resort. It could've been that some mods are colliding but it wouldn't make any sense as I was playing fine with them before.
