Yo guys, I've been having this problem for a while now but until I got myself an ENB there was an easy workaround and it wasn't really a problem.

When I open up New Vegas, for some reason it doesn't seem to disable my mouse. I'm playing on a laptop so it's not as if dual monitors are fucking with it or anything. I'll get about 3-4 minutes of play time usually before my cursor clicks something that results in my game minimizing. Before I got an ENB this was no problem, as I could just alt-tab back into the game. After I installed ENB, however, the game will not work when I alt-tab it. There will be a black screen with the in game music playing, but if I try to do anything the game will crash. I've looked all over and I've even tried using Cursor Lock but nothing I've been able to find works and the only problems I find are for people with multi-monitor setups, which obviously doesn't apply to me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do? Has anyone encountered this issue before? Your replies are greatly appreciated, thanks for reading, even if you can't help, cheers!

Hi Try reinstalling the ENB, it may be the cause of the problem. Some files may be corrupted, try to play without the ENB, if nothing works, try to verify the integrity of the files by STEAM

Do you use GameCompanion or OneTweak by any chance? Double cursor could exist with those if that's what you're experiencing.

@"Ezio987" the problem was happening before the ENB and the blackscreen issue happened through multiple installations of multiple ENBs

@"Corvo" nope, don't use either of those, I use the 4gb launcher and FVSE though

Can you upload a screenshot? It maybe can help others to aid you

@"ramsey" I don't mean to sound syandoffish but a screenshot of what exactly? my game looks perfectly normal before my cursor minimises it and after it gets minimised it's just my desktop

Just use what Corvo uses, GameCompanion let's you alt tab out and back in to your game.
