Hello! qqShepardpp is someone who made a me2 Miranda preset & several other mass effect stuff I even seen some metal gear stuff..
I think they are his mods not sure qqShepardpp was his youtube name

besides fallout mass effect, resident evil, and to some extent metal gear solid are my favorites series & I went all crazy when I saw all that stuff in the fallout world

how exactly do I get a moving gif to work with the icon I tries several times putting one but it did not move I tried url site, url site, offline, & adding one from computer only the computer one worked but it did not move

the link may not have been correct make sure it ends with .gif and make sure it's only as wide as 150px, no more than that
