| I am working on porting the missile silo marine door from fallout 76 into fallout 4 but I can’t get it to work. I exported as an obj and then built it as a nif in outfit studio, and got it working pretty well in nifskope but, I just can’t get it to work in creation kit. All I get is the red exclamation mark error. Here’s a link to the nif if anyone could help me out I’d very much appreciate it, thanks. https://www.mediafire.com/file/hmnkufvh45igwtw/marinedoor01.nif/file |

the nif is still a 76 style nif. 1. the collision will just out right break the game / ck if you havent made new collision. 2. the materials and textures are setup as if its for fallout 76 too with texture nodes outside the main ninode. _________________ The OG Queen of 76 PortingCheck out my Ko-fi page for pictures, access to my mods and to help support my McDonald's addiction. |

Ok that makes sense I fixed the texture nodes and now it works in CK but still crashes if I load into the game assuming because of the collision, thanks for the info was very helpful. |

yeah that will be because of the collision and no problem nice to see more people getting into porting assets _________________ The OG Queen of 76 PortingCheck out my Ko-fi page for pictures, access to my mods and to help support my McDonald's addiction. |

| I was wondering if you know of a way to convert the collisions or do you just have to make a new one? |

Have to make new ones unfortunately That is unfortunate but, I just jerry rigged another collision on it and got it working well enough in game for now. Thanks again for all the help. |

| I'm converting a bunch of 76 assets, here's a (poorly optimized) collision nif. You can fiddle with the havok settings to get it be better optimized/lower the vertex counts. https://www.mediafire.com/file/opghujsm0vq6ur8/marinedoor01_COLL.nif/file |

Yeah, that is what I had to do when I ported/created workshop mode assets of the Fallout 76 train station build set. The collision mostly looks OK, but its noticeable in 3rd person on the roof pieces. |

| Here is what I got so far and I’m pretty happy with it, now all I gotta do is the textures. So here is a link to all the files in case anyone wants and I am including the original textures with it so there isn’t a purple model. Also probably gotta redo texture and bgsm paths if you download. Link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/d6bizu1vrmbh5dw/VaultMarineDoor01.zip/file |
