Hi guys! Just talking about Fallout ENBs.
My favorite ENB for FNV is Jay’s ENB. In my opinion it’s the best ENB ever created for FNV. I love the cool tone it gives off. Instead of making the Mojave feel scorched and hot, it does the opposite. It gives the desert a cool blue feel, something fresh. I love the way Gnashs (Author) tweaked the ENB, everything is so nice. Of course I did some personal tweaks to make it look better on my display as the default preset is a bit bright. I love the DoF too, it makes screenshots look wonderous. (I would post some but I’m not at my desktop right now, I’m on my phone lol) the DoF has a noticeable Bokeh effect (I think that’s what it’s called) but it’s subtle enough to where it doesn’t intrude too much. It also uses Confidence Man’s Weather Plugin. The clouds in CM’s weather mod look great, and they move and stuff. I’m not sure if Nevada Skies or FNVRWL having moving clouds, they probably do but I’ve just never noticed it. Oh, it also has nightvison support which is nice as the nights are quite dark. Sadly, Jay’s ENB was taken off of the Nexus so if anyone wants it, they’ll have to do some searches on the web. I can’t promise any links are safe though, you never know with pirates. Luckily, I had it installed when it was removed, I’m never taking it off anyway lol. My favorite ENB for FO3 is also Jay’s ENB since it’s looks great in the Capital Wasteland too. I don’t play Fallout 4 so I don’t have a favorite ENB preset but any one who does play FO4 feel free to share your favorite preset, ill love to hear it.
I was wondering what your favorite ENBs were for Fallout: New Vegas/3/4 and why?
EDIT: 47 ENB 2: The Sequel is now my favorite ENB. I managed to get it looking good after figuring out that I was using an enblocal.ini file I had configured for another ENB. I'm using Bear Force One's tweaks and it looks great! Thank you @hitman47101!

Jay's ENB is easy for my eyes which is why I like it a lot. An archive of the enb exist in the internet but you need to look for it.
l00pings PRC enb for Fallout 4 is also great if your PC can handle it.

My all time favorite is a tweaked 47 that I have, it looks wonderful in the Mojave but doesn't fit TTW. For TTW I use either Dreary or Somber with multiple weathers

@Tribal Raven - wow! That does look great. I tried using 47 ENB and don’t get me wrong it is a great ENB but it’s just not for me. Just recently after making this post I actually switched ENBs. I’m using a super tweaked ENB of the Apocalypse. It looks great. I posted some screens of it in Fallout Screenshots if anyone curious.

@TribalRaven looks great mate. I should learn how to tweak enb's myself. Anyways, my favorite enb is also 47 ENB. Cheers to hitman47101!

@Vicks I like the ENB of the Apocalypse as well and at some point I was considering using it.
Right now my favourite ENB is my own edit of Old World ENB. Edited it to my liking so that it works better with Nevada Skies and overall atmosphere fits my taste. I also had to edit it to fix some stuff which were pretty annoying. Still needs some editing though.
I don't really care about DYNAMO or Ruby ENB, even when they are kind of popular, but they just are not for me.

@c4in - Damn dude, that’s looks fucking good! I’ve used Old World ENB before but didn’t tweak it much. Might give it another try though now that I see what you can do with it lol. I liked Dynamo for a bit but after playing with it for awhile I knew I could find something better. I’ve never been a fan of Rudy ENB. The sky is too gray and I don’t like how it looks in general.
I’m experimenting with 47 ENB 2 right now. I saw @Tribal Raven’s and decided to give it a go. Like I said I might have to give Old World ENB a try though, after seeing your screens.

Rudy enb for New Vegas all the way, and then for 3 I feel like Tru3th's overgrowth enb I think captures the feel perfectly

Well, because I'm using TTW, I wanted an ENB that looked good for both New Vegas and DC. I do prefer a hotter, high contrast New Vegas, but to get that, usually means DC looks terrible.
DDD ENB is the first ENB I've seen that really looks great for both wastelands. It's more depressing, more hostile looking. It reminds me a lot of PILGRIM for Fallout 4, which is in no way a bad thing. If you like Fallout to look more apocalyptic, it doesn't get much better.
(Edit) If I had one major gripe, while using project reality is highly recommended, it's simply too dark at night. So, if you like extremely dark nights, it's perfect. I just normally either turn it off at night, or wait until day to go outside.

@EyeShotFirst - I’d actually never heard of it and just looked it up. Good fucking choice man! Definitely gives the wasteland that apocalyptic feel. Kinda reminds me of The Book of Eli.
@ninodeawesome - Overgrowth is a great ENB. One of the first I tried for FNV. It’s one of those ENBs where you either love it or you hate it.
@ExoticRPGs released a YT video yesterday of a custom ENB he has been working on, it uses Overgrowth as a base and I’m really looking forward to a release.
If anyone’s curious, here’s a vid showcasing the ENB:
I’m sure he won’t mind the plug

For Fallout 4, I am currently running a combination of PILGRIM : Dread of the Commonwealth (ENB only) with Vivid Weathers, using the bleak preset. I normally switch between light fog and light rain weathers. I loved the full Pilgrim experience, but I've been running it a while and wanted something that was easy to toggle off in areas like Nuka World and the Institute. Plus, I wanted to keep the classic Fallout atmosphere.
Spoiler:
I occasionally use the Commonwealth Conifers mod, but had it deactivated when I was playing this session. I quite love how overgrown it is, which makes sense in this heavily wet climate that I've hoped to portray. It reminds me of Shutter Island and the Point Lookout DLC for Fallout 3. Where as the regular install of Pilgrim is more inspired by The Witch.
This time around I was using the performance preset for PILGRIM, but I occasionally run the beefier edition with the grain and whatnot for fun.
