I've been pretty interested in modding for a while but I haven't ever gotten deep enough into it to actually make anything work more than like a model swap on MGS5 (Which I just used to give Quiet clothes), but I always wanted to do more, and I actually have some programming experience now.

My interests include Metal Gear Solid, Fallout New Vegas, Writing, Sad obscure Anime, and Early 20th century Syndicalism.

Yeah I can understand that. I believe there is a dedicated section where you can post your need for help so if you run into errors with your mods, post on there and people will do there best to help!

I am to a very novice modder, (although i assume i annoyed the living shit out of my friend by asking so many questions about modding ) Once u get the hang of something it's pretty easy from there.
