Hello all, I am also somehwat new. I have a few questions to ask. How does one start a new forum/topic? On this F.A.Q. all the lnks to a blank page.

Welcome to the community guys/gals, it's always nice to see new blood keeping the community strong.
@impking64, On the upper L hand side you should see two large triangles. They are right next to the title of the forum you are in i.e. "Gaming Underground Network :: News, Events, Administration :: Welcome". One says "New Topic" and the other "Post Reply".

I hope this helps..though I am unsure what privileges and permissions new members have. If you don't see the "New Topic" it may be because you are new.

Ah, thank you very much. That was simple. But what about all the F.A.Q.s leading to blank pages? I can't open any of them?

That I am not sure about. I just clicked on the F.A.Q. tab and it worked normally. Hopefully one of the higher ups will see this and can weigh in.
