| i'll start by saying one of my favorite (ridic) things by far is from Fallout 4. under spoiler just in case, though it's not TOO spoiler-y.. - Spoiler:
you know those badass coursers? on one of the terminals in the Institute, you read that they really, REALLY love Fancy Lad Snack Cakes (as well as other Gen-3s), and if i recall correctly there's information about how confused the scientists are about it; i'd love to know how and why they found this out about coursers lol
it doesn't have to be "silly, goofy, or positive" really to fit, just anything really that made you smile or what you like most about any of the games, or even a consistent theme throughout all games (ie: War Never Changes). just wanting to spread some smiles and stuff, hope everyone's doing well today!

| Currently I'm playing the hell out of Fallout 4, are there are so many things like that. Probably, my fav is from Far Harbor. I'll put it in spoilers, but it's just a curiosity, not mission related. - Spoiler:
I think it is in the east coast. There are some wrecked ships and burning water, and if you follow the disaster, you see that there are some gnomes figures with molotovs. It so great And there are many things like this, with more gnomes or teddy bears, it makes me smile everytime.

| No-bark in Novac, I found it very goofy and comical. He needs a tinfoil hat. Also I really feel like there'd be a lot more crazy people like him in the FO universe _________________ |

| It was added in by a mod, and it's not exactly "Positive", it's a character named bitch that was added in a TTW paradise falls mod. I don't know why, but I found the bit of dark humor with him hilarious, it's exactly what the slavers would do, he and the mod fits perfectly in the base game, like it was cut content all this time _________________ http://z0r.de/?id=293

| I think moira is funny like a cartoon character. At first i thought she is just trying to be nice but after she becomes the only survivor, she acts like goofy like nothing has happened. She is so dump |

| these are all great, No-Bark and Moira made me laugh a ton though idk who Harold is, haven't played 1-2. every time i think of Moira i remember her cheerfully saying "try not to die!" i'm shocked too that there's not more people in FO that are kinda batshit lol - Sonichu_fanboy wrote:

btw do you know which mod it was by any chance? i have very little story/quest mods for FO3 and i'm really fond of dark humor :) |

| @Dextrose It's TTW Paradise falls rising. Honestly, it's nothing much, some trader has the misfortune of being caught by the slavers. Let's just say that before he gets thrown into the pen, he wakes up naked, face down, on an operating table, with Eulogy himself letting him know his new role in life, and his new name. And about a dozen naked men are waiting behind him. It's funny to me because I can totally see eulogy and the rest of the slavers doing just that. Almost makes me wish you could take poor bitch out of there and take him out of that horrible place. Or to keep one of the slavers out as company, got to look into TTW friendly slaver companion mods _________________ http://z0r.de/?id=293

| My favorite goofy thing is when the Think Tank wonders whether or not your fingers are penises. _________________ Cursed be the ground, for our sake. | I enjoy the persona's exuded by the Kings and the Chairman in FNV, the Elvis and rat pack derivatives add a lot of life to the Strip and Freeside and are probably my favourite minor factions in the game. The King himself is a great character who I always enjoy talking to on each on my playthroughs. Tommy Torini is also enjoyable to talk to and the general chairmen are the best of the 3 tribes. (I mean who the fuck likes the Omertas or the White gloves?).
They don't exactly fall under the label of "silly, goofy, positive" but they've always been a bit more stand out to me and put a smile on my face, a little upbeat compared to the some of the more darker parts of New Vegas. _________________ Hee to the ho. |

| @Implying I love how obsidian made even the minor characters likable. They run circles around bethesda in that regard, the only character from 3 I remember liking was desmond from point lookout, I don't really "Like" any other characters, some are alright, but most are too generic to remember. In NV, you can clearly remember even the most minor characters, since each one of them is unique in their own way _________________ http://z0r.de/?id=293

| Honestly? The entire Wild Wasteland perk in general. Especially if you have New Vegas Uncut installed for more easter eggs it offers. _________________ |

| @"Rosenrot1995" +1 for saving a life (i entirely forgot to re-install NV Uncut) and for reminding me to stop speed-creating a character with no perks |

| Silly is found in so many places in fallout -- old world blues was my favorite silly place. As for positive? I'd go back to fallout 1 and 2, where you could kill children, but it wasn't wise. Even bad people valued children and would be angry at you for hurting kids. And you'd be hunted forever by bounty hunters in power armor and miniguns. The fact that in such an apocalyptic place where life is so cheap and violence is so common, and yet, most people, most bad and good still agreed that killing kids was wrong. Somehow that ends up feeling positive to me. The cruel world didn't have to have that one bright spot of decency. |

| From Fallout 3 Sticky's silly stories he tells while you take him to big town. The Think Tanks in New Vegas are hilarious. One thing that stands out is a Futurama reference Dr Morbias says raison instead of reason. There was a episode of Futurama with a Brain who did the same mispronounciation. Cass in New Vegas talking about Long Dick Johnson when asked about NCR LOL _________________ |

| Cliff Briscoe from New Vegas and his weird obsession with Dinky the T-Rex toys always gives me a chuckle. "Darn it, no one ever buys the T-Rexes." What a guy, especially after you take a peek inside his bungalow, man's into strange things! |
