| The "Tops' Light Bug", like I have finally called it, is an annoying problem that I have not succeed to solve at present. The Tops may be lit up by daytime and not by nighttime. Sometimes the light works during the day at a close distance, but turns off when you are taking away from the casino, so it could be a LOD problem too. I did many tests and I think the problem could be linked to ENBs or being a random Vanilla bug. I am not a creator of mods and my abilities in this area are limited. So I really need your help. |

| Would you kindly give us your load order, any installed mods, and the ENB that you're using? _________________ "With all things being equal, the simplest explanation tends to be the right one" -William of Ockham (Occam) |

| Running your LO through LOOT, is it flagged in any way? Do you see any warnings or messages? (I think i see a few mods that could be incompatible though i'm not sure) have you tried the LOD Generator? Do you only see the bug when outside The Strip (Like, next to The Gun Runners)? or when inside it? _________________ "With all things being equal, the simplest explanation tends to be the right one" -William of Ockham (Occam) |

| Large texture overhauls like Poco Bueno, Ojo Bueno, NMC's texture pack or EWI's Pack (if its still on the nexus) effect LOD files because they contain their own. Looking at your load order indicates that Ojo Bueno might be the cause of it. Some other clutter textures probably are not the cause of it. Better Game Performance or Performance of the Gods may delete some lighting in the game but please don't quote me on that. Electro City might effect things because it changes the lighting in the game but its just an assumption though. So I just gave you a bunch of souses but how the hell do you fix it? Like anyone I hate the lack of answers to a persistent question. You could try the brute force method of just uninstalling each mod that could be the issue and load up your game to see if its fixed. Or Just removing the mod that effects you LOD files. Good luck and tell me if this helps _________________ swiggitty swooty I'm coming for that booty -George Washington |

0 errors according to LOOT, only DLC plugins and WFO contain dirty edits but I assume it is normal. Everything is compatible, 99% sure. The bug is visible from all the locations I think. |

| I believe that's just the game being itself. That issue is also seen when using the mod that opens up Freeside. Gopher has a video about it, well only a small portion of it. In the video, Gopher is seen walking towards the Mormon Fort and the water tower's lights on Freeside was still blurred out and as he was getting near it, that's the only time it "popped" into the scenery and then walking away from it returns it to its blurry state.
From what I read, it seems like this is what's also happening to you and my conclusion is that it really is just the game. I saw your modlist too. You have that mod that opens up The Strip and removes the walls. I believe that the reason why the devs put up those walls is to prevent players from seeing that visual bug and offering more stability in the area. |

Actually I had the same thought. But I do not like the feeling I can do nothing. Well, I am happy that members share their opinion about this strange bug. Perhaps one of the evident game's limits indeed. EDIT: Finally a member found a solution concerning the 47 ENB 2 The Sequel. A new .esp and tweaks are provided. Please report to the page topic to find more informations about this bug. |
