Apollo, Plutus, Neptune, Mercury, Janus, Vulcan or Bacchus. My favourite is probably Vulcan.

Flavius Petrus Sabbatius Justinianus Augustus, better known as Justinian the I, one of the emporers of the Byzantine Empire. I once thought of starting a Legion playthrough with a courier named Justin as a reference to him. ^^

Titus, Lucius, Marcus, Pontius, Decius and Brutus. In case your wondering i didn't think of these off the top of my head, they're all names of well known ancient Romans.

Tyrus, Publius, Aelius, Hadrianus, Trajan, Antonius, Mars, Quietus, et al. Not too hard to find more, just look up any Roman emperor on Wikipedia and read the entry, you'll find lots and lots of names of associates, enemies, and family members.
