This is getting pretty annoying now.

So I installed Rudy ENB (After giving up on Dynamo ENB, because it would not work), and it broke my game to an unplayable state. All my mods were not working and my Pip-Boy was invisible.

So I then I did a repair on steam. Didn't work. Then I uninstalled the game on steam, deleted EVERYTHING in the FNV folder and disabled all my mods. Reinstalled, enabled mods and ran the game(Because I need to use NVSE for some mods to work) through NVSE. Once it launches it crashes.
I did another repair and ran NVSE as Admin. Same thing happened.

Any answers WOULD BE VERY MUCH appreciated, If nothing works I will probably just play with very few to one mods.

I know it's a long shot to suppose that you haven't thought about the following but still: Do you have the Old World Blues DLC - FCO requires it and a missing master-file causes the crash you described.

Or maybe it's the combination of Nevada Skies and RWL. I've never tried to run both of them so it's just a guess.

I would say delete it again and make sure that 100% of the files are gone, so anything related to new vegas in gone. including mods (or at least put the mods in a new folder on your desktop) then reinstall new vegas and run it without anything installed at all. then if it runs start putting your mods (and nvse) in a few at a time and run it to make sure it isnt any mods that is the problem. if it keeps crashing after all that i would say make sure you have no enb. also, this is big thing that alot of people miss, make sure you delete all of your ini files, i dont believe steam deletes those. delete them because it will save the settings from your previous downloaded new vegas, witch could cause some problems. dont worry, new vegas should generate new ini files once you runthe game. but just in case put the ini files somewhere safe.

I used to have Rudy ENB and it was the same problem for me. However, I realised that I had not installed it correctly, did you read the text document that tells you how to install it? You need to change some FNV text and install ReShade, after I did that my game ran fine.

If this doesn't work / You have already done this, what version of Rudy did you install? Some of them require different mods like neveda skies, etc, etc.

I saw in another thread that if you uninstall your mods, and delete the data folder,and reinstall mods, that it can help. I find the if I have multiple mods that overwrite other mods, it leads to some game instability, which might be your case. This technique could be a little quicker than a complete reinstall of the game. Hope this helps.
