Hey everyone I hope all is good well I am new to here and I was wondering is there a way someone can make some black female peds for gta 5 cause I want to replace the black female peds they don't look as good as they are supposed to be I wouldn't mind if they were streamline peds for story mode or replace/addon or all three would work too just wondering that's all?

Anyway there's not much for GTA modding here, you're best bet is too look at more dedicated modding sites for GTA.

Oh ok um well do you know anyone that can convert or make from scratch I have the skins and some other files but I do have a lot of skins I don't know how to make my own but its kinda difficult for me and I am not that tech smart lol

you can make your characters in single player using the mod EUP.
