There's also the starcraft pa by mrbradshaw that's being worked on by multiple modders.

For me, it's gotta be the Enclave X-02 Power Armor for Fallout 4 by unoctium. I was always a fan of the armor from Fallout 3, so seeing it in for was a treat.

I'd say that the X-02 by Unoctium and DogtoothCG for FO4 and the Vault tech armor for FNV( and FO4 soon enough )
