I would recommend you download and run BETHini first. Choose recommend tweaks, settings. Its for FO3, FNV, FO4, Skyrim, SSE.

I also highly recommend you use mod organizer. You would never have to reinstall your game again. However that's just my opinion due to many, many issues, game reinstalls, corrupted data folders from extreme modding.

@Grimmex ye, you helped me with the cursor, much love for that, i figured out the problem, i moved the ddl file thingy, to turn my ENB off, it was the ENB that was the problem, as rudy ENB has an issue with windows 10 so im looking into the file that it provides me and im trying to understand it to figure out the issue with the ENB, i also updated my drivers so thanks for reminding me about that

Compare Rudy's enblocal.ini to the last Working ENB you were using. It's probably that simple. Also as a test you can simply use your last known perfectly working enblocal.ini to replace the one packaged with the Rudy enb. If that doesnt work it is most likey the ENB is too demanding for you PC.

@rangerecho Are you using the files provided by the mod author that are specifically meant for windows 10 users? cause otherwise that would cause some issues as well. and I'm glad you solved one issue

@Grimmex well I am using the files that they recommend me but i dont think im using in correct, so ill have to play with that for a bit but thanks so much for the help and everyone else that was here
