| You own't be able to encounter the end-game as you would either need Yes-Man, Mr. House, NCR or Legion favor to do it.
FYI, Yes Man cannot be killed to my knowledge. _________________ i7 4790k @ 4Ghz, 4.4 Turbo Asus Z97-AR Custom Liquid Cooling Patriot 16 GB (4 x 8 GB) 2133 @ 11-11-11-27 eVGA GTX Titan X @ Stock Samsung EVO 1 TB SSD - O/S Samsung EVO 1 TB SSD - Storage Seasonic X-1250 Power Supply Thermaltake Core X9 Chassis Samsung UD590 3840 x 2160 Windows 7 Ultimate x64

| I think you would break the game if you tried it, and console does not kill essential or resurrecting NPCs such as yes man. _________________ Steam Greenlight is the WorldStarHipHop of the gaming world.

| You can kill Yes Man but he respawns. He reappears in that backroom of the suite at the Tops Casino, I think. I'm not familiar with any console command that permanently makes him dead. |

| If he is killed in the suite, he will respawn in the suite. If he is on the strip, he'll respawn on the strip. Whatever location he dies at, he will re-spawn at that location. From my understanding, he is the 'safety', per se, to keep the player from getting stuck and unable to get to the final battle. - aerystmd wrote:

| Yes man can't be killed, even with console commands. Shoot him, nuke him, or console command him away and he will just come back as another robot. He is the last resort if you have exhausted all other options to complete the game. |

| Hmm, I haven't reached that moment in the game in quite awhile, but I could've sworn I failed Wild Card once by telling Mr. House about Yes Man and he said that he would take care of it and then it said quest failed. It was a few years ago, so maybe he never did and I'm just remembering it wrong, well anyway his respawning is the only thing I like about Yes Man, cause he's fun to shoot. |

| You can kill just about everyone. Yes Man just re-spawns when you leave the strip though. |

| A pretty amazing thing about the way New Vegas was designed is that there is literally no character you can't kill if you have line of sight to them. In fact, not only will the game not break, but Obsidian more or less has taken into account the effects of killing ever NPC in the game and provides you with alternative ways to progress even if you do so. You'll find notes and stuff on corpses hinting at where to go and how to proceed. Yes-Man is the only NPC that can't be killed, permanently, as a way to give you a way to finish the game even if you kill everything. |

Yes Man is designed in such a way that failing all other main quest lines will still have him as an option. Case in point: I managed to make the NCR and Legion want to murder me, after killing House for Caesar. I was doing the quest for the Van Graffs and got to the fight in the warehouse. NCR comes in, wanting my blood. While shooting back, I accidentally shot and killed a Legion dude, whose allies then turned around and tried to shank me. Killed them, got hated by the Legion, and all I had left was Wild Card. Story wise, he just jumps from Securitron to Securitron in order to always be active. _________________ We have arrived, and it is now that we perform our charge.
