When I boot up the game, the main menu fails to load. This is kinda odd since I haven't installed any new mods since last time I succesfully booted my game. I tried to verify the game cache, run FNVEdit to check any problems in the load order. Everything seems to be in order. Any help would really be worth a shitton of garlic bread to me. I am posting my load order just in case. Also, I have the Overgrowth ENB installed if that means anything.

Update: I sorta got the main menu to load. Trouble is, it's crooked and bent like crazy. I don't really know what to make of this.

Try changing the resolution from the fallout.ini to your native screen resolution.

I managed to fix it at last, so I am just gonna write it here in case anybody has the same problem as I did.

The menu files were screwed, so I deleted the entire "Menu" or "Menus" folder in the Data directory. Then I validated the game cache in Steam so the folder would be replaced by a working menu folder. From there on I just reinstalled all my UI mods, including Imodemulator and Project Nevada + Project Nevada Extra options.

If you have any custom changes in the Fallout.ini and Fallout_default.ini you will have to change the ini again, due to Steam correcting them.

I had the same problem, my workaround was to check plugin by plugin. It happend to be the FCO marked as active while the main FCO wasn't... Yeah, I know, but when you have a large list of mods it's normal to miss something.
