Hey guys just wondering what your thoughts are on about fallout shelter on the pc are?

MY THOUGHTS:
I have tried to get it but it doesn't seem to work in Australia? or for just me?
I think that bethesda should have put it on steam rather than the bethesda.net launcher because I really just think that the launcher is the problem for me. Its always is stuck loading doing nothing... I hope it gets fixed for me. I fixed it!!

Update I got it to start downloading turns out If you keep pressing refresh and things like the settings and install and stuff eventually it works!

But the game is good I have played it before on the apple it worked great there but other than that all above it's great. Thanks for reading PEACE!

i'll try it later on my PC , i've played it on my phone before but had to stop playing because my vault got too big for my phone to handle, look forward to try the new quest and location

Is that out now? How exactly do you obtain it? And if yes.... is it possible to transfer your save data from your phone (or in my case, Andy.. my android emulator) to the PC version? I have a bit of an empire thing going on in good ol' Vault 545, and I have half a mind to keep that stuff.

I like it a lot better than on mobile, the fps is better, everything is just more smooth

I'm not sure about the transferring thing but you have to get the game through Bethesda's launcher. @Legend

@ShanghaiBatz Ugh... really. What a shame. I'd rather have it be a Steam thing honestly. Ah well... guess I'll give it a download tonight and give it a shot.

Get bluestacks android simulator so no need for pc release

I played it only for a little while on my android phone. But since my phone is in terrible condition, it made it a bit of a chore to play. I could drone on and on about that, but the game was pretty well-made. But like all mobile games it did come with the "option" to buy things for real money which is something I don't like to see in products that are advertised as free, much less in products I've paid for.

If it was available on PC without having to get the bethesda launcher, then I'd like to try it again, or maybe when I get a new phone someday I'll pick it up again. It was charming despite its faults.
I don't get why every single company feels the need to have their own platform for games. Uplay, Origin, GoG etc. Just how many of them do we need installed just to use our games

PC release is a nice touch. But I don't really have to try it I did everything possible in Android version.

Yeah was nice not like I would devote hundreds of hours to this. But I definitely would play when ever I could if I had like a laptop at school or something.

A bit on the /late side of things... but Bluestacks. Ugh. No amount of revenue my way would get me to use that. I use HandyAndy instead; completely ad-free, and doesn't get me to download Candy Crap Saga for the umpteenth time to bypass... not to mention with my beast of a rig (by mobile emulation standards), it lagged like mad. Played Fallout Shelter on release day using Andy, and it worked pretty great. :D I'd highly recommend it though.

I actually have yet to play Shelter on PC yet despite downloading the thing. Got sucked back up into ARK: Survival Evolved of all things. Fun game, but vastly different from when I played a year ago. I'll have to get to it eventually though.
