Is it ok to post a mod on here if it requires another mod to work properly? It would be the fastest way for me to release my Deathstroke ports.

depends on a few things. having a requirement for resources (speedys, mongos, rigcity etc) is fine. a public release (monster mod, a world of pain, beyond boulder etc) is also fine. how ever uploading any textures, meshes, scrips, essentially anything that you did not make is not unless you get the authors permission. hope this makes sence
