hey guys , I have a issue in fallout 4 sometimes, it comes and it goes and I don't know what is causing it. the pipboy opens up really really fast, when u put a holotape in the pipboy it does it fast, I don't know if what is happening is affecting my game in other ways.. does anyone have any insight to this little problem. any help would be a great help.................peace

And maybe a load order would be useful in this case.

wasnt there a problem for uncapping frame rate which made all the animations wonky, try seeing what your frame rate is when one of those ''fast moments happens'' and do take a base line frame rate where the animation seems normal if that aint to much to ask , also check the lockpickin ''minigame''(chore) to see if thats to fast as well that was a framerate problem as well.

I think you will have to lock your framerate to 60 fps in falloutpref.ini "iPresentInterval=1 --- V-Sync with 60 fps lock" I guess it can fix your problem maybe. Heard something about nvidia V-sync options in nvidia's panel directly...

I personally turned off vsync on FO4
But due to problems rising due to high frame rates and other technical stuff I capped it at 59
If you have a nvidia GPU use nvidia inspector to help out
