So this is something, Megaton has vanished from my TTW game, it was there at one point and now its not. Even the fast travel marker on the map is gone. If I go to the area it is supposed to be you can see the outer walls of Megaton and when you go in the door it just puts me underwater with no escape. I had to "coc Goodsprings". Anyone know whats going on here?

I've never used TTW but more details would help. Did you add a mod recently? Do a quest that might have broke something? Are you able to console your way into the Megaton worldspace?

No mods that would affect TTW, I have only been exploring around so no quests, I can't console into megaton Ive tried "coc Megaton" even while it was still in my game and it does nothing.

I'm assuming you verified all game files too? Is Megaton the only one missing?

Could be a corrupted game or save.

I didnt think to verify game cache due to it being TTW. Would it account for missing files installed by TTW?

Well what's odd is as you say it was there, but now it's missing and you can't even console teleport to it. Almost like it's not even in the game, which makes me think missing files, or corrupted save.

Again though, I'm not too familiar with TTW. I'm surprised nobody else has commented on this.

While I don't use TTW, similar things have happened to me with characters and items just straight up vanishing from multiple Bethesda games (Fallout New Vegas and Skyrim). The thing that always caused this for me was that I had too many mods installed, or that the save was just broken.

What I'm saying is you might want to try and uninstall some mods.

Maybe try ttw forums instead ..... like those forums are for ttw....

You should uninstall all mods except for TTW and see if Megaton is stil there. If it is (which probably will) then should install like 5 mods at a time and eventually see which one is the culprit.

It could also be what zoro4661 said, maybe you have too many mods installed, in which case, you would also have to uninstall mods.

Ive already reduced my plug-ins and my game is now more stable it seems but the damage is done, megaton is gone. But that is what i suspected as the problem was to many mods installed.
