Its an russian mod how i can see on the letters. Maybe its one from mr shifu who is also here on the gun. Maybe you check the weapon mod topics here.

but it's all russian and some .esm needed plus update from some other site.
i would love to hear if you could give it a try - otherwise i will as soon as i find some game time at home:)

I know about this H&K mod but its not the same mod as in the video, but its still a nice mod to have
