My favorite sith is darth maul because of his double bladed lightsaber, his acrobatics skills, his horns and his tattoo, perhaps the best Sith to wield a saber in the PT and OT and the intense fight he had with obi wan and qui gon.

So thats my favorite sith so tell me who's your favorite and why.

Darth Nihilus is beast. He looks awesome with his mask and his backstory is so deep and detailed. Not only is it very interesting, but he in my eyes is one of the best sith lords out there.

Vader. He is a good character even if he was a bit moody in his younger years. He was manipulated for his whole life and by the time he figured it out, his whole life was ruined and he had nothing to do other than follow the Emperor's wishes and plot his downfall. He is a very tortured character and that formed a very interesting character.
