Hi everyone, I'd like to share a few 3D assets I made for a game I'm working on on my own. The game will be an open world/RPG, kinda elder scrolls like(also is my main inspiration) I'm working with Unity, Maya and Krita mainly.
Tileable floor for the ruins:
Ruins with tileable wall models(still working on):
And here's what I have now of the game itself, I worked on it for 1 or 2 months now, so it's still in the very early stages of development:

Very impressive, I look forward to seeing more of this. I cant imagine the complexity of making something like this.

Fantastic work man. It's incredible what you've accomplished since you've done more than most early acess devs in such a short span of time.

Thanks all! I must say that I didn't do everything on my own, I haven't been coding for a long time so I sometimes ask my teacher for help (I'm still in school/university). And I have asked some of my classmates to make 3D models for me, they created the fireplace, huts and wall. The player and the enemies are still placeholders that I got from the internet.
And yeah it can be frustrating sometimes, I can be too ambitious and get headaches as well

Keep at it!
Hope you are using tons of tutorials and forums out there. All kinds of things can be achieved in Unity with nothing more than a nudge in the right direction from a google search
Most importantly you are not only enjoying this, but learning from it.

Thank you! And yeah I learned a lot more about Unity and programming already while working on this project, google helped a lot with that as well - - - Here's a preview of what the ruins look like ingame, still have to create the corridors and halls for the inside, and it needs some more loose broken stones lying on the outside.

Thanks everyone! Here's a monster concept. It's a sort of lava spitting rhino that's made of stone

I love it! Very impressive , you're artwork is pretty amazing. It reminds me of...
Cabin in the Woods SPOILERS - don't click if you haven't seen the movie:
The Ancient Ones from the Cabin in the Woods with their cracked skin with boiling lava underneath. They'd sleep underground and require blood sacrifices to keep on sleeping or else they'd wake up and destroy humanity
Edited your post to add spoilers, to prevent you from ruining the movie for people who haven't seen it.

@baukjespirit pretty cool looking so far, You've inspired me to look up information on programs and search out tutorials on game making. This could be stellar down the line, keep at the good work! :0kay:

@phooey, Thanks! Haven't seen the movie, but I can see why it reminds you of it. This monster doesn't need sacrifices though, they just attack you on sight
@Sentience, Thank you, and nice! Making games is cool, you can make your ideas come to life

Update here, made an environment/mood concept yesterday And made some progress with the programming side too. In the game you will be able to collect souls of enemies and after that you will be able to shapeshift in them, which will give you unique abilities, attack bonuses and such. So now I've added the base of the shapeshifting feature. Here's the concept I made:
Spoiler:
I did make another concept some time ago, not sure if I posted it here. But here it is, the guy on the wolf is the main character.
