Well hello to You GUNners!

I always loved this community and it bringed a LOT of favor to me and it was pleasant to be a part of it. But after F4 release I noticed that every word about Vegas and that it is much better than F4 causes a lot of negativity from community. Just simple thing that I gave negative vote to mod author because of their position about my favorite game and got 4 negative votes for it showed me that it is not that community where I want to be.

I ask to keep my colonial promotion because I believe that there will be more of new cool Vegas mods and I'll keep posting in screenshots topic to keep account "activity". But I not going to interact with community because it's became tediously.

I dont think that negative votes should be given people who stated their opinion.
And 4 negative votes is just too much.Even 1 for stating something that person thinks.

Fallout 3 and New Vegas are still great games.And imo they are better than Fallout 4 due to whole roleplaying aspect (come at me)

Maybe it's just a big misunderstanding between specific members.But yeah.You shouldn't just give up community for couple of 'rotten apples'

Also you shouldn't have given negative rep for other's people's opinions...

I might get hate for what im going to say, but i am one that says only what i think.
You shoudnt give too much importance to reputation. They are like facebook likes. If you give them importance this much then i dont know what to say.
You should give importance to really important matters, like the community itself, which i dont really think GUN lacks. It's actually a very friendly one.
If modders want to move from Nv to fallout4 they have their reasons. I, for one, like the fact that its new, it has potential. I was growing bored of FNV and F3, repeating everything for 8 years was enough for me. They will always have a place in my earth, but a part of life is to learn to let go and move on.
If the community is not enough for you and you care only for reputation count and mods, then i al sorry, and i bid you farewell , and i hope you find what you see looking for.
But, if i may say it, running because of one argument is not what a manly man ( ) should do.

@Allnarta I don't think you should've given that negative rep in the first place. Just because someone disagree with your opinion doesn't mean you can give the negative rep. I think that's why you got 4 negative votes, because of "rep abuse" , not because they were hating on you or your opinion.

This doesn't mean you have to "leave" the community since i'm sure there are a looooooooot of people who think the same about Fallout.

Rep abuse should be addressed by Admin, Overseers, and/or Sentinels. Not by members. Regardless of who was the person that started it the other should have walked away and allowed Admin etc address it.

Help the admin keep the peace by allowing them to address any situations that arise like this. Response to situation like negative rep is only going to make the problem larger and the Admin's work harder to do.

@ OP.. I wish you the very best in the future. I hope you do come back and participate in the site however understand and fully respect your wishes to abstain. Hopefully in time you will again decide to return and be an active member here on GUN.
