Gopher is the guru of Fallout and Elderscrolls guides for me and I have grown to love his playthroughs, so he is my go-to for that. For cinematic, Tru3th is absolutely amazing, so I'd say him for cinematic videos.

The fallout youtuber I watch the most is Alchestbreach. His goofy attitude and semi formal reviews are what keep me in the loop on some sweet mods. That being said, Gopher has definitely helped me with his guides, and SocererDave has some cool vids discussing future Bethesda games.

I watch Hodilton a lot for his mod showcases. He's usually my go to guy before I install mods to see what it looks like before I use it.

I like Oxhorn he has made a lot of informative fallout 4 videos and is now posting FNV videos.

I think every other person's favorite is Alchest. He's mine as well. Gopher is strong 2nd.

A small Youtuber who's been around for a while, he's called ''HalvedStudios'' how i initially discovered fallout actually.

I don't really watch YouTube videos that have to do with gaming, unless I'm dealing with a particularly infuriating part in a game in which I get lost; then I'll look up a walkthrough video.
I used to watch Gopher, too. Nice to meet another minion! But I just lost interest in gaming YT as a whole back in 2014.

I watch Al every Friday for like 3 minutes to see the mods he's showcasing, then tune out. Don't care much for his let's plays.

I like alot of others mostly watch alchestbreach and gopher, though another guy (kinda small) OllyOxen is pretty good too

as for more lore and analysis videos, I like Oxhorn (whom I been watching since his days of WoW machinima) and Thenthapple

I'm really waning out of the "lets play" phase, or more it's losing my interest. I mostly watch rainbow 6 pro league for gaming now but I gotta jump on the Gopher train, really puts a lot of thought and effort in. Kinda surprised and relieved I'm not seeing a lot of MrMattyPlays.

I do like Gopher but I find his series kinda lacking, I can never get into them like I did with his FNV series. MXR and Alchestbreach are good too... if not slightly insane.

Gopher is great, and I LOVEEE Alchestbreach. Truly just a great guy (and that laugh). He doesn't do it anymore, but when Sips from the Yogscast did a fallout playthrough/Fallout 4 stream, I loved it more than getting a fallout 5 beta.

I would definitely say Alchestbreach would be the one i follow a lot. His humor lines up with mine.

Gopher is amazing with his mod tutorials and same with dirtyweaselmedia.

NCRvet is who i go for to try and match setup visuals. He feels very inconsistent in his work though but, still like his content nonetheless.

SkyttsTV is a good one i like to watch as well, really opens up all the different mods out there.

Oxhorn lately with his breakdown of lore has been phenomenal, enjoy his content as well.

MxR is a big i follow as well. He strays around in the bethesda games but, a reliable content creator.

Zero Period productions and Dark Populous have been awesome with the playthroughs as well.

Good content from all these youtubers. I have many favorites lol.

I would say Ncrvet.
But Many a true nerd does the best playthroughs - I like especially the Kill Everything one

Here are mine:

Alchestbreach – He got me into the whole modding scene and I’ve watched his videos for a number of years now, I would recommend him to anyone.

Gopher – Once I got into the modding scene from Al, gophers videos helped me to make my game work and the tricky mods that I couldn’t understand how to install, his videos helped me implement them and they’re very useful guides.

NCRVet – I recently discovered NCRVet (as recently as 2 years ago but still) and he really got me into the Fallout New Vegas modding area the most. Amazing videos with amazing mods from here and on the nexus. He’s also the reason how found out about the GUNetwork and why I joined. Amazing mods and an even better community.

Those were my 3 main people, there were more but I don’t remember them off the top of my head at the moment.

I really enjoy NCRVet's stuff and Tru3th when they do post videos. Also, Gopher is another good suggestion. For me thougg, I'll go for AlChestbreach mainly since I've been following him for at least 5 years. He was the main reason I ever got into modding.
