Subject: A very belated, yet formal goodbye. Tue Nov 24, 2015 8:56 am
To all of my fellow GUNners, I write this in great belatedness and a sense of regret. Time has helped to mend the message for me, as to streamline my point and not ramble on.
I left the gaming, modding, and all related communities alike in pursuit of my passion for music. Since then I have incurred busy days and long nights trying to make my new plight become a fruitful endeavor. I feel that as of now, I have accomplished this, as we are turning a great profit margin and developing a healthy industry base of talents to progress this entrepreneurship. I am feeling very positive, but still too consistently busy to even attend the GUNetwork site once or twice a month. I have no time to officiate or stay on top of any topics, voting or Bolo wise, let alone all of the rest of what is needed from Sentinels and above.
I thank you all for accepting me and voting me into a Sentinel position within GUNetwrok. I really do consider that an honor and a privilege, as short as my run might have been in total. I tried my best while on staff to keep what order I could as best as possible, and I can't say that I didn't fumble a few things here and there. The most I can attribute to my rookie mistakes and lack of experience, except for my exit and absence.
My apologies to those that I ever talked to for leaving on unexplained and absent terms, and my regrets that I didn't get to know the rest of the wonderful folks on the staff of the GUNetwork. I have been away for one month and counting, due to priorities resetting. I will not be returning in the near or far future that I know of, as well as the fact that I have ceased from gaming and interest of it as I type, and for the last long while to be honest.
I wish you all the best, as I had a blast being a part of the bigger family and machine that runs GUNetwork. I will not be returning to respond to any posts, so I say to you all "Godspeed and Goodday".
With much respect, I am Sentience a.k.a. SKYZOO, signing out for good.

i would say give it the rest of the week before demotion, just in case he may change his mind. a sad situation indeed but of course i wish him the very best for his future. @dvated yes place it in the public area and let it open for coments for some days, so the people can say goodbye at least.

It's upsetting to see him go, but I am happy he's following his dreams. Wish you the best, @Sentience.
DVA I say wait a couple of days before demoting him, and yes move it to the public section.

Goodbye old friend. I know you tried and worked really hard with music and I'm glad you found it successful. Best of luck to you in this area and hopefully when the time allows, you can return back to us.

Moved topic from Staff Lounge to "Welcome" section, as this can very well be addressed to the entire forum. You're wonderful folk and it's sad when one moves on to other things, but we're happy Sentience is doing well and we wish him the best Peace

I never really got to talk to Sentience but just by the format and the words used in this post, he sounds like a very intelligent person i would have enjoyed talking to. Sad to see such i a bright individual go :/ . At least he gets to follow a passion he seems to have been aiming for.

It's always sad to see a member go, but it was a "good choice."
I'm not saying it's good that you are going, no what I'm trying to say is: It's good you're leaving because you want to pursuit your dreams.
It's a good reason that makes so much sense.
Go for it, follow your dreams how crazy or stupid they may seem to others.
Don't hold back just go all the way, if in the end it doesn't work as you hoped then you have at least tried it.
Don't let anyone tell you other wise just go for your dreams, only YOU can make them happen as long as YOU believe in it.
Even though I don't know you, I still believe in you, believe YOU CAN make them come through.
It's a very honourable thing to do, per suiting ones own dreams
I wish you the best of luck and I sincerely hope you make them come through.
I'm not really good with words but still I think I made my point.
God speed and know we will always be here to welcome you back whenever you want to return.
