I'm at a point in the main quest where I need to choose between the Institute, and the Brotherhood of Steel. I'm unsure. I've done a couple quests for the institute, and a couple for the Brotherhood but I can't decide. I'm at the part where you're supposed to go topside with an Institute scientist to find something and right before I'm about to leave, I get a prompt asking me if I'm okay with having the Brotherhood permanently an enemy. Could someone provide any further insight on the choices and help me come to a conclusion. I'm really having a tough time, been debating with myself for about an hour now. PLEASE AVOID FURTHER SPOILERS. Thanks all.

i would say just go with the institute, its such a new game so you should try all the options, make a save before you choose though, then you can always go back. Then on the next playtrough you can choose the BOS path
