| So Fallout 4 is about a week away from being released to the public and I was curious to know what you guys are going to do on the 10th. Besides buying it obviously or picking it up or have it delivered For me it's simple, I asked both the 10th and the 11th to be home :p I'm going to go the the store where I ordered the Pipboy Edition and be there like half an hour before it opens. (idk if there's going to be a midnight release, CoD is getting one but so far I know not for FO4 (which is utter bullshit) Having my approximately 300 bottlecaps ready, taking half for myself and give the other half to my sister. So she can go get a second bottle opener. Tell the shopclerk to "Shut up and take my bankcard", buy the shit out of it then go home unbox, take pictures of it. Install the game and don't come out till the 12th of november for work |

| I might wait a while before getting the game, mainly for the fact that my current rig just can't handle the game. I am just a poor college student. Also i try to stay away from gameplay videos and spoilers so it doesn't ruin the game for me. _________________ |

| Haha I did the same thing, I put in a request to have both the 10th and 11th off. for me though I pre-ordered through the Playstation Store, so the whole waiting for the store to open aspect is something I'll miss out on. The night before though I'm doin some serious grocery shopping. We're talkin Mountain Dew, Hot Pockets, White Castle Sliders, Gold Fish and Pop Tarts. As a bonus I will one of the many poor saps living streaming my first days of Fallout 4 live on Twitch. _________________ Development Team: Story Writer/ Director / PR Representative |

| @paha989 My current rig can't handle FO4 either atm, I had the same issue back with my previous rig when getting Skyrim. Might be Crashapalooza all over but. MUST PLAY FALLOUT 4. I work full time but I live with my parents so I give a part of my income to them, I've been planning on getting a new computer since May. But IRL is a bitch often: shitloads of birthday's, conventions........ (If I can go atleast) Atleast it's good to see i'm not the only one crazy enough to do this. |

| If the release was on Wednesday I would have called in sick Wednesday and Thursday. I work 4 tens so I'd have 5 day weekend to play haha. I will probably buy the game on steam and preload it and then play a little here and there till the weekend at which point I will have no life for 3 days! |

| I actually cracked and pre ordered the pip boy edition for PC so pretty excited about that. Have a biochemistry exam in the morning though unfortunately , but after that probably get in a good 6-7 hour sessions before celebrating my anniversary with my girlfriend. Then back to an all night session. Gonna be a busy day. I can't wait though. My rig can handle it for sure at 1080p, but I have a 1440p monitor so here's hoping I can handle it on max. Either way though, it's fallout 4 so I'll be happy. Can't wait to see everyone's screenshots and characters! I've been watching and saving all the leaked videos, and the game just looks fantastic. _________________ |

| Well... I only work freelance (injuries keep me out of the workforce) so I won't have any problems playing this for a few days straight (if I can help it). Question is, is my body ready to do this? Should all depends upon weather conditions and the like, but this is gonna be good. Interestingly, this is a birthday pressie of all things since my birthday takes place three days past the date of the bombs falling. That's gonna suck when I'm 87 though, so I better enjoy it while it lasts. I went ahead and picked up the Season Pass as well so there's that too. I'd rather be set for life versus having to deal with buying it all individually later... just a bit bothered I couldn't secure a Pip-Boy Edition long ago. _________________ |

It's Fallout 4, just let it happen...... just let it ease in and it will all be good......... - Legend wrote:

I'd rather be set for life versus having to deal with buying it all individually later... I should acquire it faster this time. I don't know why but I always end up taking forever to get a game's DLC's. I'm in a predicament in the awaiting of FO4, both Skyrim and New Vegas refuse to work properly so I can't mod them at the moment. I can but then I need to install it all over again and I'm just to lazy to do it. So much for trying out the amazing mods. Hoped to try out MediEvil too.... Installed Monkey Island 2 the other day hoped that would last me till Fallout 4, but I went and finished it already ........ |

| For me It will be Horrible! I say HORRIBLE ! Game is coming out on week that I have like 4 test on (2 legit once and 2 that I need to do because of my sickness). And game is coming to me because of distribution that is pain in the ass for me. When Pip-Boy was announced I was out of home without internet couldn't pre-order so I had to buy it off a scalper (x2,5 the price !)And It will be at least on 12th - 13th on me (Courier is like 2-3 days) So just best that world can offer ! But All my weekend's and easy day will be just pure gaming and no-lifery _________________ I do not consent

| I'll be sitting at the ready when NDA is lifted and Fallout 4 becomes available. I'll only stay up for a couple of hours playing that night but will continue on after a good nights rest and work is finished for the day. _________________ i7 4790k @ 4Ghz, 4.4 Turbo Asus Z97-AR Custom Liquid Cooling Patriot 16 GB (4 x 8 GB) 2133 @ 11-11-11-27 eVGA GTX Titan X @ Stock Samsung EVO 1 TB SSD - O/S Samsung EVO 1 TB SSD - Storage Seasonic X-1250 Power Supply Thermaltake Core X9 Chassis Samsung UD590 3840 x 2160 Windows 7 Ultimate x64

| Well lets see starting on the 9th, I will be patiently waiting for 11:00pm to roll around since that's when the release is for my time zone. Then I will get on steam and start downloading since that's what I pre-ordered the game on. Then while its downloading and installing and stuff I'll probably re-watch those fallout 4 you tube videos, or maybe I'll come here and see if anyone is in the chatbox to chat with whilst I wait.
Once it finishes and is ready to play I shall play the game long into the night and early morning. After that I will go to sleep and dream of playing fallout some more, then when I awake on the 10th I shall make that dream a reality and play more fallout 4. After awhile I'll stop and take a break for a bit. You know do some other stuff like fist fight the neighbors cat, or perhaps other stuff that doesn't involve fist fighting a cat. Then on the 11th, I'll do what I normally do and then play more fallout 4.
Yep, that's my big plan for those days. |
