So, I put together a build that will utilize a variety of skills in Fallout 4. He/She will have 4 Strength (5 with bobble-head.), 4 Perception (5 with bobble-head.), 1 Endurance, 3 Charisma, 5 Intelligence, 7 Agility, and 1 Luck.

Things to note: Only increased Charisma for "Lone Wanderer" perk, Will focus on rifles and some explosives, Sneak is a possible alternative skill, Will be sprinting and repairing VERY often.
