Ugh, just when I thought I was rid of any major problems, this pops up.

So yesterday and the days before the game was running just fine, today the first time I got in everything was fine and I felt like installing Pip-Boy Readius, along with a skin and whatnot.
But I was having an issue where the pip boy itself was not showing, but my character's forearm instead.

While trying to fix it, launching the game back and forth to see if any changes I've made somehow made a difference (not significant changes), the game started having these issues:

Any of you encounter any similar problems?

It does the same even with all plugins off.

Ahem, so you have installed Readius and then the problem occurs? Or you've uninstalled it and the the PipBoy won't show up? And you're in Fallout 3 or in New Vegas (New Vegas I guess)?

I'm not having this issue anymore, it seemed to fix itself after I restarted my laptop.

Although it was weird, the order of events where: (New Vegas)

Installed readius, noticed the pipboy wasn't there, looked for a fix and in the midst of that, one of the times I booted up FoNV it started looking like that, and even after removing the mod it still persisted.

No clue as to why It popped up, but I'm glad it's gone.

I had something Similar with Readius, but just like you I restarted my PC and it went away
