So, as we all know, Disney has released the third and final trailer for the upcoming seventh film in the Star Wars franchise (eighth if you count The Clone Wars). What were your thoughts on it?

I personally thought it was VERY well done. To me, the trailers got better over time. The first one made me go "Meh." while trailer #2 made me go "OK, this looks interesting."
Seeing this trailer made me go "HOLY CRAP! I want to see this now!". Fingers crossed that I get tickets for the first day of showing.

Aside from the fact that the trailer gives away a huge spoiler (someone important to Rey clearly dies), I enjoyed it. I'm still tempering my expectations though, J.J. Abrams' films generally turn out good but they aren't foolproof.
And in a more relevant example... remember how amazing the trailer for Phantom Menace was? And we all know how that turned out...

Now the trailer cinematography was pretty good in it's own right, but that music though. Oh man, that music. I NEED the movie's soundtrack.
And oh yeah, and the movie looks pretty good too. 10/10 would watch again.

That trailer gave me a big smile on my face. It feels like a proper Star Wars movie. The cgi is not overdone and it complements the cinematography well. The music in the trailer really restored that sense of nostalgia from the original movies. I just can't wait until this movies release!

The trailer is one of the best I've seen in a long time. From it, I'm thinking that even if the writing, acting and pacing is crap, it's still going to be a very visually impressive movie. 3D IMAX all the way!

personally estatic cant wait to see this in the cinema, harrison ford is freely promoting the movie!!!! he (to my knowledge) has never freely promoted a movie he was in or smile about talking about it if you watch him talk about other films he just says "its a good movie you should see it" not like episode 7 where he is clearly excited about the film and says its an amazing feature aswell as steven spielberg saying "most likely the best film ever made" SUPER PUMPED!!!
