Hey guys, I know WAR ( weapon animation replacer) is a really old mod by now, but I have searched a bit, and looked trough all the comments on the nexus about it, and I cant find an answer, so I wonder if someone here knows a way to do it.

I use WAR for the third person animations, but, the third person animations for pistols, makes it so that if you shoot with a pistol, the animation for ADS (aim down the sight) plays, instead of a hipfire animation.

What I want, is that when I fire in third person, from the hip, the hipfire animation should show, and then, when I press for ADS, the ADS animation should show.

Anyone know how to make it work this way?

If I remember correctly, back in the old days, Gopher had a certain way to fix the file structure so that doesn't happen. I was never able to do it, since the last time I messed with those animations was like a year ago when I couldn't figure out .rar's and stuff.

If you look at his WAR videos, I think he shows it. I'll dig around a bit myself and see if I can come up with it.

Well, I looked trough his WAR videos, and it doesn't seem like he even mentions it.
